31 Monsters #20 - Frank Booth

Frank Booth is the evil heart of the mystery in Blue Velvet (1986). The guy radiates tension. Every time he's on screen there's the distinct possibility that things could explode into violence or weird sex... and often both happen. There is something ecstatic in Frank Booth's wickedness, he's driven by it, it is his source of power, but it's eaten away at him. Behind the screaming, gas huffing monster there is nothing but a void.
